Why Lana AI
Lana sits beside the CAD you already use, reads the drawing you have open, and turns it into answers and files: counts in Excel, a check before you send, every sheet as a PDF. She changes nothing without your approval and never saves over your drawing.
People guess wrong in both directions. Some expect a drafting robot, some expect a chatbot that has never seen their file. Lana is neither.

We sell lifetime licences, not rented seats. Lana follows the same idea: a file on your PC, no account to keep alive, no lock-in.
It stays on your PC. Lana reads it there and sends only a text summary with your question. The Excel and PDF files are written locally.
The quantities in Excel come from the objects in the drawing, with no AI in the loop. The AI explains; it does not count.
Every edit is shown first. You press Apply, or you do not. Lana never saves over the original.

Yes. Press Print to PDF or tell Lana "make a PDF on A3". She writes one PDF per sheet, named after the drawing, into a PDF folder beside it. Tested on BricsCAD and on progeCAD.
AutoCAD, BricsCAD, progeCAD, ZWCAD, GstarCAD and IntelliCAD-based programs, on Windows. Lana reads what your CAD has open, so your CAD must be running with a drawing open.
Lana runs on Windows. The download link is in the e-mail you received. Open that e-mail on your PC, download the file there, double-click it, and Lana is ready in a minute. If you cannot find the e-mail, write to us and we send the link again.
Yes. Lana is a new program and Windows SmartScreen warns about programs it has not seen often yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. Download Lana only from lana.cadglobal.eu or from a link we sent you.
Your drawing file stays on your PC. When you ask a question, Lana sends the question and a text summary of the drawing (object counts, layer and block names, title block text) to the CADGlobal server, which answers it. The Excel and PDF files are made on your PC. Your questions are logged so that a person can help you if something went wrong.
Lana is free for the first 1000 users, with fair usage: a daily limit on AI questions per person. The Excel list, the check before issue and the Print to PDF button do not use AI and have no limit; only the questions you type count.
The download page exists in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Polish. Register through the page in your language and Lana answers in that language.
Only when you ask, and only after you have seen every change and pressed Apply. The original is never saved over. For a whole folder, the results go into a new "Lana copies" folder.
